4. Gig Postings & Applications

• Gig postings must be legitimate and accurate
• Users are responsible for negotiating terms directly
• Music Connect facilitates connections but is not party to contracts
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate gigs
• Fraudulent postings will result in account termination

5. Payments & Fees

• Basic account creation is free
• Future premium features may require payment
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Gig payments are between users directly

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Music Connect a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Inactivity for extended periods
• Request by law enforcement

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Music Connect is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee gig availability, user reliability, or platform uptime.

9. Limitation of Liability

Music Connect is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including failed gigs, disputes between users, or data loss.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
